Returns & Exchanges

At M.Gemi, we want you to love your handcrafted Italian shoes, which is why we offer complimentary returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bag and box, then secure them inside the shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
